We want you to be completely satisfied with your ergonomic seating experience; if you are not happy with your X-Chair, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal within 30 days of receiving your chair to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Chair

Carefully disassemble your X-Chair and place it back into its original packaging to ensure it is protected from damage during the transit process.

Affix Shipping Label

Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or completely covered.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
